Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your booking at any time subject to the following terms: 1. Any lesson or course cancelled after booking is subject to a non-refundable admin fee of £15. Cancellations are accepted up to 5 days before the course date. 2. You are not eligible for any refund if you make a request for a cancellation less than 5 days before the lesson date or course starting date. 3. You are not eligible for any refund if you do not complete or attend all sessions of a course. 4. JP Cycle Services reserves the right to cancel a course if number of delegates have not reached the minimum required to run the course effectively. The company also reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unforeseen circumstance which prevents a safe training environment. In the event of a cancellation, JP Cycle Services will either arrange for an alternative lesson/course date(s) or offer a full refund of the unused course fee paid. 5. For lessons and courses held outside, if the weather is extreme on the day, the session will be cancelled no later than 1 hour before the start time and the session will be rearranged. Adults will be notified by text message for last minute cancellations. Lessons and courses will continue in light rain or showers and your child should be appropriately dressed for the weather conditions on the day.
